Classrooms

The college emphasizes on quality classroom teaching for developing legal understanding
for grooming students of law with social responsibility reflected through the best academics, working in the best environment, with a regular system of updation on current social, economic, political issues of legal relevance in purely transparent and accountable setup. The lecture halls can accommodate 60 students in one
class.

Library

A good library is an asset to any college. The college has a very spacious and well-stocked library which boasts of latest and authoritative legal compendium of all Central and State Acts, Encyclopedia, Legal reports, Journals and Commentaries. It has subscribed to international and national journals/reports, magazines and newspapers. The Library is equipped with one online and one offline databases to provide judgments, case laws, bare acts, government notifications, circulars, etc.

Moot Court

Participation in Moot Court activities is compulsory for all students in Mawana Law College. The Institution and Faculty provide all possible training through practicing lawyers in addition to provision of necessary and relevant materials in this context. Mawana Law College providing all possible assistance, encouragement and support for student partners to commence inculcating legal skills through Moot Court activities at Institution, National and International level right from the beginning of the course.

What is the minimum qualification for LLB?

Generally, eligibility for LLB is based on marks scored at the graduation examinations. The person should be a graduate of B.A. or B.Com. or B.Sc. degree with minimum 40% marks (35% for SC/ST). Percentage and other criteria may vary depending upon the institute.

What is the age limit for LLB admission?

The Bar Council Of India has withdrawn the age restriction to take admission in law courses. The students are allowed to take admissions in colleges/universities in LLB or LLM courses without any age limit. the general category for the LLB Course was 30 years and for SC/ST and OBC, the age limit was 35 years.
